A sworn translation is a translation of documents made by an authorized sworn (court) translator who has competent legal, technical, economic, medical and commercial terminology and has received a certificate or license as a sworn translator. This type of translation is also called accredited translation.
IMPORTANT! Sworn translation is performed only into a foreign language. 
That is, a sworn translation from Ukrainian into Polish can be done, but a sworn translation from Polish into Ukrainian is not done; a cerified translation by notary is required to be provided in Ukraine.
Sworn translation of documents mainly requires several countries of the world, namely: Slovakia, France, Italy, Czech Republic, Poland, Spain and Germany.
